Our Performance sqaud consists of our 1s &2s, who not only take part in normal training but also have access to S&C, Psychology and Nutrition sessions.
Within our performance sqaud many of our athletes play for the outside NPL leagues, giving us many links to outside clubs such as; Loughborough lightning, Wasps and England Netball
